From a $30 website to 2,000 projects: what I learned

Dil Ki BaatOct 7, 20264 min read

Four years ago, I delivered my first WordPress website for $30. Last month, I crossed 2,000 delivered projects.

Nobody gave me a roadmap. I broke sites, missed deadlines and undercharged for years, and slowly learned what actually matters in this work.

1. Speed beats perfection

Clients feel momentum. A good version shipped today beats a perfect version shipped next month.

2. Communication is 50% of the job

Code is the other 50%. A short daily update has saved more projects than any clever function I’ve written.

3. Fast and boring wins

A fast, simple website outperforms a slow, beautiful one. Every single time.

From here on, I’m sharing everything I’ve learned, real tutorials, real numbers and real mistakes. Dil ki baat hogi, sugar-coating nahi.
