The challenge

A custom plugin that syncs workout plans from a third-party API into member dashboards. The client needed a site that looked premium, loaded fast on mobile and was simple for their team to update.

What I did

• Planned the structure and user journey around the main conversion goal
• Built a clean, lightweight theme with reusable sections
• Optimised images, caching and scripts for Core Web Vitals
• Trained the team to manage content on their own

The result

A fast, scalable website the client fully owns, and measurable business results within the first month.
